life lessons
Lesson 1:
The bits of strength you have, even though it seems so little,
will carry you through weakness you feel.
You’re stronger than you think.
Let that sink in, embrace it & have faith that if you do,
you’ll grow even stronger, little bit by little bit.
Lesson 2:
It’s uncomfortable. But that’s okay.
Sit with it, and in a few breaths it’ll all feel different.
Lesson 3:
Sometimes 50% is your 100%.
Lesson 4:
Be with your reality. If you’re angry, be angry.
You don’t need to make sense of it - it DOESN’T make sense.
Be angry. Let it move through you & allow yourself to move through it.

It is to let be, and let go.
It is to fall into your integrity and listen to your intuition.
To allow the process that needs to happen, happen.
To surrender is to have faith in your inner flame.

Sometimes it takes awhile to arrive,
but it is so worth the wait.

Surrender to the sweet simplicity of life.

Dive into yourself,
that’s where the good stuff comes from.

We can’t change what goes on outside of us,
but we can dig deeper into our own processes of healing.

No matter how dark,
there is always a little bit of light.
